I have had a licensed in home childcare center for 2 years now. Most of the children that I currently have, I have had for almost the full 2 years, with the exception of 1. I am preparing my calendar for next year and I am wondering what is normal for vacation time. I have been discounting for days that I am closed, but I only feel that it is fair that I receive paid vacation days. Each of my daycare parents have paid vacation days and I do not see it being an issue, but I wonder what is the norm. Thanks in advance.
